The sample pages shown are taken from a single column book that has two-column footnotes. The sample is a PDF file that is 286 KB in size. Some of the features to note are as follows: 
  • Three-level “ears” that are picked up from the attributes of three separate tagged elements under Style File control
  • Footnote number 4 is cited and begins on page 17-39 and is concluded on page 17-42
  • “Text continued on page 17-42” notes at the tops of pages 40 and 41
